This book, first published in London in 1997, is a catalogue of an exhibition co-curated by the two authors at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. It has been reprinted twice in London and is widely regarded as the standard reference on the textiles of the region. The book on sale at the Museum Shop is a special Pakistan edition sold at a concessional price.
